After ten years in inpatient psychiatric units and diverse hospital settings, the vision for Selah emerged: a practice that would offer something different. Selah was built to be a place where appointments aren't rushed, where medication is considered thoughtfully alongside lifestyle and integrative strategies, and where patients feel like partners in their own care — not passive recipients of a diagnosis. The name "Selah" — to pause, reflect — captures the ethos of this practice. Healing begins when we slow down enough to truly listen.
